Welcome to Second Innings 11 (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The Platform is owned and operated by Halftime sports pvt ltd. By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in any contests or activities on Second Innings 11.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and/or using any services provided by Second Innings 11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and any future modifications thereof. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You must be a resident of India, or any other region where participation in fantasy sports contests is legally permitted.
• Users from states where fantasy sports are restricted or prohibited by law (including but not limited to Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Telangana) are not eligible to participate in paid contests.
• Employees, directors, and officers of Second Innings 11 and their immediate family members are not eligible to win any prizes.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

• You are required to register and create an account using your valid mobile number and email address.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and current information during registration and maintain the same over time.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity conducted through your account.
• You agree not to use anyone else’s account or share your login details with others.

4. Contests and Gameplay

• Second Innings 11 hosts skill-based fantasy sports contests that focus exclusively on the second innings of cricket and football matches.
• You can create teams based on real-life players participating in the second innings of live matches.
• Contests are scored based on the actual performance of players on the field. Points are awarded as per our scoring system, which may be updated from time to time.
• Once a contest entry is submitted, it cannot be modified or withdrawn.
• Contests may be free or paid. Entry fees and prize details will be specified in each contest.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

• Users can add money to their accounts through secure payment gateways integrated with the Platform.
• Funds in your wallet are divided into categories: Unutilized, Winnings, and Bonus. Each has its own rules for use and withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. You may be required to submit PAN card, bank details, and other valid documents.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 2-5 working days but may vary depending on banking or technical delays.
• Any bonuses or promotional credits cannot be withdrawn and are subject to expiration and usage limits.

6. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

• Second Innings 11 has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, collusion, and unfair play.
• You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to participate in contests.
• Creating multiple accounts by a single user is prohibited and may lead to permanent ban and forfeiture of winnings.
• We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in any form of fraudulent activity without notice.

7. Scoring System and Contest Results

• The scoring system for fantasy contests is publicly available on our platform and is based on real-world performance of players.
• Points awarded are final and binding and are calculated by our internal systems or third-party data providers.
• In case of any dispute regarding scoring or contest results, Second Innings 11 reserves the final right of decision.

8. Taxes and Regulatory Compliance

• All winnings above INR 10,000 will be subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable Indian laws.
• A valid PAN card is mandatory for processing such withdrawals.
• You are responsible for declaring and paying any additional taxes applicable to your winnings in your region.

9. Platform Updates and Availability

• We may add, remove, or modify features of the Platform without prior notice to improve user experience.
• Second Innings 11 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform due to technical issues or server maintenance.
• In case of match cancellation or interruption, we reserve the right to cancel contests and refund entry fees.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform including logos, designs, graphics, and software are the intellectual property of Second Innings 11.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without written consent.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Second Innings 11 will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:
  • Technical errors, system outages, or unauthorized access.
  • Delays in contest settlement or withdrawal processing.
  • Any injury, loss of earnings, or business interruption.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Second Innings 11 from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Modification of Terms

• These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, illegal activities, or any misuse of the Platform.
• Upon termination, your access to contests and any unutilized balance may be forfeited.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of India.
• All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [New Delhi, India].

Refund Scenarios

1. Abandoned or Cancelled Matches: If a match is abandoned or does not yield a result, all associated fantasy contests are cancelled, and the entry fees are refunded to users’ accounts.
2. Private Contests with Insufficient Participants: For private contests, if the number of participants is below the required threshold one hour before the contest deadline, the entry fees are refunded after the contest deadline.
3. Identical Teams in Small Contests: In paid contests with up to four users, if all participants have selected identical teams (including captain, vice-captain, and backup players), the entry fees are refunded post-match commencement.
4. Account Suspension or Removal: If your account is suspended or removed due to Second Innings 11’s inability to provide services or directives from regulatory authorities, the remaining balance in your Unutilised Account is refunded, excluding any applicable processing fees.
5. Force Majeure Events: In events beyond Second Innings 11’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), contests may be cancelled, and entry fees refunded.

 Non-Refundable Scenarios

• GST on Deposits: A 28% GST is levied on deposits made to your Unutilised Account. If you request a refund of these deposits, the GST amount is non-refundable.
• Discount Points and Bonuses: Any Discount Points or Bonuses awarded are forfeited upon account termination or refund requests.

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on Winnings

As per Indian tax regulations effective from April 2023, a flat 30% TDS is deducted on net winnings from online games like Second Innings 11. This deduction applies regardless of the winning amount.

Claiming TDS Refund:

• Eligibility: If your total income, including Second Innings 11 winnings, is below the taxable limit (₹2.5 lakh under the old regime or ₹3 lakh under the new regime), you may be eligible for a TDS refund.
• Process:
  1. Check Form 26AS or AIS on the Income Tax Portal to verify TDS entries.
  2. File your Income Tax Return (ITR) using the appropriate form (usually ITR-2 for gaming income).
  3. Declare Second Innings 11 income under “Income from Other Sources” and TDS under “Taxes Paid”.
  4. Submit and verify your ITR.
  5. Track your refund status on the portal.

Refunds are typically processed and credit within 30–90 days.
